Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

 

Eligibility

   - Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

   - Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  

Non-Returnable Items

   - Gift cards, and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.

   - Due to hygiene reasons, wine stoppers purchased individually cannot be returned once opened.

 

Return Process

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email info@shinnkuu.com or via our online chat with your order number and reason for return.

   - Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return, including shipping label.

  

Shipping Costs

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

   - A flat rate of $7 will be charged for return shipping.

 

Refunds

   - Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

   - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is not due to a defective or incorrect item, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Exchanges

   - Exchanges are not currently permitted. We recommend returning your order and placing a new one.
